SATURDAY got the chance to speak with Lynn Pattnosh of ConciergeQ about the thoughts behind the SATURDAY short film and how it came to be.

Mike Forshaw tells us why he was so strongly moved to make SATURDAY:

“I was 8 years old, growing up in Liverpool, the day of the Hillsborough Stadium disaster. I came home only to find a young man being comforted by my father. It was the first time I had ever seen a grown man cry. That image has always stayed with me.”

Also, Jessica Levick commends the casting efforts of the team:

“They called me the first day of watching workshops at Allstars Casting in Liverpool and said: “We found him.” I guess they were more than right, because now Harrison has been accepted to Redroofs Theatre School in London. Kate Winslet went there!”
